CFP: Film, Media, and Music Conference (Long Beach Indie International Film Festival)

The Long Beach Indie International Film Festival is looking for scholars, filmmakers, archivists, musicians, journalists, and digital media producers to bring their art, intellect, and energy to its 2015 Film, Media, and Music Conference.

It welcomes  individual papers and full panels representing any topic (e.g. theory, production, history, criticism, preservation, etc.) related to film, television, music, mass communication, and/or digital media.

Individual paper proposals should include a maximum 200-word abstract plus the professional credentials/affiliations of the author/presenter.

Panels should include a maximum 200-word abstract plus the specific titles of each individual paper and the professional credentials/affiliations of chair, presenters, and discussant/commentator.
