Submission Deadline Extended!

The submission deadline for the 2025 Annual NEPCA Conference has been extended to July 31st 5 pm EDT.

The conference will be held Thursday, 9 October, to Saturday, 11 October, 2025.

You can submit your proposal here.

We have several dozen areas for you to submit your proposal, so be sure to check out our Conference Areas to determine the best place for your proposal. If you have questions about a particular area, reach out and ask the appropriate Area Chair.

This year's conference will be $25 for all attendees and presenters. We will also have scholarship options for anyone who may need it.
