Critical Insights: The Graphic Novel CFP

Call for Contributors for the book collection Critical Insights: The Graphic Novelto b published by the Salem Press.  Essays should be between 4,000 and 5,000 words in length, and each should be written for the general reader, avoiding specialized academic language or scholarly jargon. Each essay should provide a general overview of the theme and discussion of the major work.  Payment for each essay is $250.00 (plus a copy of the book). The publisher desires to release this volume by the end of 2013, so the due date for the first draft of each essay is November 1, 2013.
