CFP: Race and Culture in American, African American, and African Diaspora studies

Phylon is accepting papers on race and culture addressing such issues in American, African American, and the African Diaspora studies.  The journal hopes to emphasize the cultural and historical aspects of race and culture and to know and study them having impact on human progress.
